Harmful Algal Blooms Publications and Awards

The Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association (APIA) has been working on paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) projects in the Aleut communities in Alaska and Russia (Commander Islands) since 2006.  The initial project was designed to address the increased risks of PSP due to the range expansion as a result of warming oceans and the shift of species distribution.
